Join us in a group discussion with your local FamilySmart PiRs that builds upon the video "How to Manage Your Mental Health in Tight Quarters: A Conversation for Families" led by Liz Kay, MSW, RSW, RCC and Victoria Keddis.

The discussion focuses on how to manage stress and anxiety while living in closer proximity to each other, specifically we will explore how to manage personal anxiety, caring for others' anxiety, creating balance, meaning and connection during stressful times.Watch the video prior to our online discussion and join us to talk about it! We are looking forward to connecting with you and hearing about what stood out to you.

This online discussion is for families and caring adults who are parenting a child or youth with a mental health challenge in communities across British Columbia and Alberta:
